Once your order is shipped, the delivery time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.
Our deliveries in France are insured by our partner Chronopost. Your products are carefully packed in appropriate size packaging and you benefit from an online tracking.
The delivery by Chronopost is the fastest. The delivery by Chronopost is only possible for a delivery of products in stock, in Metropolitan France (except Corsica).
A parcel number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel is shipped so that you can follow its progress. This number is also permanently available in your customer account.
The parcel is delivered against signature. In case of absence, the deliverer will contact you by the phone number given at the time of the order. In case of unavailability, the parcel is deposited in the nearest relay point.
You have 10 days to recover the parcel. If you do not collect the package within 10 days, the package is automatically returned to us.

Attention, the delivery by Chronopost Express 24H indicates a NOT GUARANTEED delay. Chronopost does not offer any refund if there is a delay in delivery.
If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery time, we propose to you at the time of your order an offer UPS SAVER EXPRESS 24H at 39€. If you don't have your product within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, we will reimburse you for the delivery.
