all our products are new and come with a free warranty from the date of receipt of the product, parts and labor.

In the event of a breakdown during the initial warranty period, repairs will be carried out by our After Sales Service.

The warranty is valid throughout the territory of metropolitan or continental France and the Principality of Monaco. It includes the replacement of defective parts. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. It applies only on condition that the device sold new is used privately (not collectively or professionally) and in accordance with the use for which it was designed. The purpose of this warranty contract is to ensure the proper functioning of the devices that have suffered an internal failure (electrical, electronic, mechanical).

In order to benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice. Only the latter is valid as proof of purchase. The warranty begins on the date of receipt of the product. The delivery note must therefore be kept by the Customer as proof. Otherwise, the warranty will begin on the date of invoicing of the product. It will end at the end of the period defined for the said product.

If you bought your product directly on the site, you benefit from a replacement warranty for the first year.
