Not recommended for:
Tropical terrariums: Ideal for creating a natural soil that retains moisture and allows roots to develop without rotting.
Paludariums and vivariums: Provides a stable substrate while allowing invertebrates to move around and feed.
Natural décor: A perfect aesthetic complement for a realistic, harmonious habitat.
Best practices: Monitor moisture regularly and avoid constantly waterlogged areas. Perfect for cohabitation with small invertebrates and reptiles.
Common mistakes: Overwatering or compacting the substrate, which can limit aeration and harm the roots.
