Tropical plant growth: monitor your setup
To understand growth in a tropical plant collection, consider light, water, roots and season together. Slow growth is not a reason to change every condition at once.
Keep a record
Note new growth, location, light schedule and care. Use comparable photographs and check each pot: conditions in a greenhouse or display cabinet are not automatically uniform.
Check growing conditions
Read the watering guide, the substrate guide and the lighting guide. Also check for pests and nutrients already in the mix before looking for a growth booster.
Choose only the equipment you need
Compare indoor plant equipment for the identified need. For a display cabinet, see the design guide. No universal growth timeline or risk-free result is promised here.
