Papot’s cachepots: choosing the size and protecting the pot

A cachepot dresses a growing pot; it does not automatically replace a pot with drainage. Check the exact model’s dimensions, material and care instructions.

A cachepot and a growing pot serve different purposes

Keep a suitable drainage system and check the water after watering. A decorative appearance does not show that a container is safe to immerse or keep permanently damp.

Choose the model and location

Measure the outer diameter of the growing pot and the available space, then browse pots and cachepots. For a hanging model, check how it is mounted and its permitted load. Do not automatically attribute the properties of one Papot’s product to every model.

Care and environmental claims

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact material and protect room surfaces. Recycled content alone does not prove a lower overall environmental impact; avoid broad claims without supporting documentation.
